Parent/Student Contract:

Each player and corresponding parent or guardian will need to sign the following prior to the beginning of the first game. To summarize:

     1) Mental Health is an important part of player development

     2) Academic performance is vital to participation

     3) Demonstrate sportsmanship at  all times, especially during           games
