A Message from Coach jon
Hello, I wanted to take a moment to explain my philosophy, a style of coaching that has taken me decades to revise. First off, this program is for everybody, "all are welcome here." I strive to create an environment where players, families, coaches, officials, and anybody who truly loves the game of soccer can call home.
Second, I want to give you some insight on soccer itself, through my eyes. I call the game of soccer the “universal language” of the world. It is played in every country, at all ages, and the World Cup final every four years is the most watched event on television. By playing soccer, your child has joined a world-wide community. No matter where they go, they will have that in common. (Ask me about my experience in Bangladesh, when you get a chance).

Third, soccer, for me as a coach, has always been what I like to refer to as the perfect “Life Laboratory.” It is a place where a player, where ALL PLAYERS, can be encouraged to grow, make mistakes, learn from them, and find challenge and success in a safe environment. If you aren’t messing up, you aren’t learning, and all players will be encouraged to challenge themselves under these conditions.

Finally, the journey doesn’t stop here. The lessons a player learns on the pitch will make them better people. That is the goal, in the end; to provide the opportunities for a child to grow into a contributing, quality adult. As I say, to learn to "win with style, and lose with grace."

This program is always looking for donations to help fund our mission. If my message resonates with you, and you would like to contribute, please send your contribution (fully tax deductible) to:
